Exchange and Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange any garment due to sizing concerns within 14 days, as long as the tags are attached and the garments have not been worn (other than trying for size) and unwashed. We ask that you return the item with a prepaid postage bag included so the replacement garment can be sent out as soon as your returned item is received.
In the case of faulty workmanship we are happy to exchange items within 6 weeks of purchase. We will reimburse you for the cost of postage to send back these items. We will happily replace these items or give you a refund in the case of faulty workmanship.
Please note : We are unable to exchange garments that have had embroidery on them or have had alterations carried out to your specific requirements. We do not exchange special order items (items not on our website). |
